While CORE defines what leadership requires, the All In Growth Plan explains how leadership is developed.

PHASE 1: BREAK THROUGH

This phase builds awareness.

We identify identity patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional responses, fear, pressure, and perfectionism.

Outcome: clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.

PHASE 2: BUILD

This phase develops skills and habits.

We train emotional regulation, communication, resilience tools, leadership habits, and consistency.

Outcome: discipline, confidence tools, and emotional mastery.

PHASE 3: BECOME

This phase is about embodiment.

Leadership becomes how you show up — not something you try to do.

Outcome: purpose-driven leaders who perform and lead from the inside out.
