While CORE defines what leadership requires, the All In Growth Plan explains how leadership is developed.
PHASE 1: BREAK THROUGH
This phase builds awareness.
We identify identity patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional responses, fear, pressure, and perfectionism.
Outcome: clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.
PHASE 2: BUILD
This phase develops skills and habits.
We train emotional regulation, communication, resilience tools, leadership habits, and consistency.
Outcome: discipline, confidence tools, and emotional mastery.

This phase is about embodiment.
