The All In Captains program is for student-athletes who are ready to take the next step. This is a high-level leadership experience for athletes who want more than participation — they want influence, growth, and impact.

Captains are elite athletes selected to represent the All In mindset. This program includes leadership coaching, mentorship opportunities, digital visibility, and exclusive perks. It’s built to help you grow your confidence, improve your performance, and become the kind of leader others follow.

Cohorts begin four times a year. The next round of Captains will officially start on August 15. Spots are limited.

🔹 What You’ll Get

All In Captains receive a sponsored welcome kit, monthly coaching calls, digital tools to strengthen their mindset, and opportunities to lead from the front. You’ll get featured on the All In website and social media platforms, collaborate on merchandise drops, and gain access to a leadership internship experience where you’ll work with our team on branding, events, and outreach.

As a Captain, you’ll also be eligible for community service hours through your active participation, content creation, and mentorship involvement. You’ll receive a 25% discount on all coaching programs and earn referral rewards for each athlete you bring into the All In ecosystem.

🔹 How It Works

All In Captains is a seasonal leadership experience that requires an application and athletes are selected based on an interview and ability to portray their values through social media and team environment. While you’ll have access to powerful mindset tools and live calls, this program is about something deeper — being sponsored, being seen, and being developed as a leader in your sport and your life.

Once accepted, you’ll be part of a select national cohort of athletes committed to leading with the All In mindset. You’ll receive your welcome kit, be featured on our website, and gain access to monthly leadership calls with Ang and guest speakers.

Each season is 3 months long and costs $125, which includes coaching access, digital leadership tools, exclusive merch, your sponsored athlete profile, and service opportunities. Captains can also earn referral rewards and receive 25% off any All In coaching programs they choose to add. Once you are done with your cohort you will be part of the All In Ambassador Alliance if desired and receive discounts for another season.

This is not about joining another Zoom series — this is about stepping into your influence, building your brand, and representing what it means to be All In on every level.
