All In Game Changers is a purpose-driven platform for college athletes who want to do more than just perform — they want to leave a legacy. This is your opportunity to align your leadership, story, and platform with something bigger than yourself. Game Changers are selected not just for their athletic ability but for their mindset, presence, and ability to inspire others.

You’ll serve as a mentor to our high school Captains and Ambassadors while building your brand in alignment with the All In mission. This program is NIL-compliant and impact-focused. Instead of chasing sponsorship for a paycheck, we build partnerships rooted in service, story, and shared values. You’ll be recognized as a sponsored athlete with leadership opportunities, exposure, and access to real-world internship experience that adds depth to your athletic identity.

🔹 What You’ll Get

As an All In Game Changer, you’ll receive a sponsored welcome kit with custom gear and be featured on our website with a profile that highlights your leadership and impact. You’ll be invited to collaborate on media campaigns, participate in podcast interviews, and contribute to the culture we’re building across the All In community.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead mentorship calls with All In Captains and Ambassadors, receive priority consideration for internships in marketing, media, content, and design, and build a resume that extends well beyond your playing years. You’ll also gain access to community service hour opportunities through mentoring, media contributions, and event involvement.

This program does not include monetary compensation but provides brand-aligned exposure, service-based leadership, and opportunities to connect with companies and initiatives that value who you are — not just what you do on the field.

🔹 How It Works

Once accepted, you’ll be recognized as an official All In Game Changer — a sponsored athlete with a voice that matters. You’ll receive your welcome package and profile placement on the All In website, and you’ll be looped into leadership communication from Ang and the All In team.

You’ll receive seasonal invitations to lead, speak, mentor, and collaborate. You’ll have access to special media opportunities, branded content creation, and internship roles that allow you to shape the direction of future All In projects. This is a rolling application process, and spots are limited based on alignment with our mission and current leadership needs.
